Thanks for asking, young man. Sadly, I had a relapse this weekend. To get better I basically laid down for 4 straight days, now it's good again.

I spend way too much time in front of the computer, first at work, then at home. I keep telling myself, as soon as these nagging injuries go away, I can quit UT and go back to the gym, join the ping pong club, and learn to play the drums. But maybe it's the other way around, I have to quit UT to get away from the computer before I can heal up.

I'm going to limit my computer time and stick to it. I'm doing it!

Or.. .While your coding/playing ut in between matches do some calisthenics, back extensions pushups/crunches, this helps alot and makes you better at playing too, LIke I said after a workout I can play in super mode or something, good for your back too.

I did play from the floor a couple of times, kinda hard to rock and roll from down there though
