Just for fun I plugged in an xbox one controller to my pc. While the controller is recognized, the screen just keeps turning to the right and the aim is all over the place. I was going to ask for help but I found a solution and posted it below. Cheers!

Okay figured it out. I downloaded a program called Pinnacle and added their UT config. This allowed the game to recognize the trigger buttons. Then I went to user ini and changed these settings to this:

JoyX=Axis astrafe speed=0
JoyY=Axis aBaseY speed=2
JoyU=Axis aturn speed=0
JoyV=Axis aLookUp speed=1

Also, changed mouse sensitivity to 4 in the input section.

The only problem I have now is that I want to throw up. The movement of a gamepad is way different than a keyboard and mouse. Anyway, hopefully this helps another player.
