Maybe Helen could make this an all cheat server. I wonder how fast the games would be?  Maybe I could hit my goal of 2000 fph...lol

I'm the winner (30 seconds) bubbles,  I'm the winner (60 seconds later) donkey kong, I'm the winner (90 seconds later) Matrix! Lol...

Thanks for the effort Tempest, I banned him. Demo doesn't play too well, but I could see from the stats, headshot/sniper ratio, and # of enforcer kills, plus your suspicions.

Doesnt work for me either, outdated files will result in corrupt playback. Wont play.

What version of UT are you using 436, 451 ? older ?
Sometimes DemoManager has trouble playing Demos from different versions of UT.

Yep 451 is not for clients, but some people still use it, mine is 436 also, so I don't know why it doesnt work. Are you using DemoManager or UT's built in manager. Maybe thats the difference.

I have found that if you view a demo then go online to play a multiplayer game it gives that player1 bug. I think it also changes skin too. You have to close and restart UT ,sucks I know, I've learned to live with it. The features(seekto, slomo, missing file info,AutoRecord, etc) outweigh the negatives in my opinon

Hey Tempest, regarding your question on the server earlier about behindview not working, I just checked mine and all is good. Are these demos made earlier or new demos with Demo Manager ? Heres one from earlier tonite, where  I have you in behindview:  http://youtu.be/WvB2FbmeB8Y
When I watch oldschool demos of UT I sometimes get what you've described. That transparent body thing. Lot of bugs.

Just for the record...451 is for client-side or server-side. 436 is generally all anyone needs client-side. If you are a mapper stay at 436 as 451 breaks the editor.

Hermskii is correct.
As far as I have read, there is no benefit for a player (client) to use 451, or to go past 436. Wink
Yes, especially if you map at all - the editor does not work past 436, or at least at 451 patched version.

One advantage of the 451 patch on a player install is that when you connect to a server that has compressed files that you download, the counter will actually count the file download completion percentage correctly meaning you'll see a file get downloaded to 100% which will never happen with just a 436 patch. 451 has several other security functions and network coding fixes that make it far better than 436 but it can be hard for people to install properly so I suggest people just stick with 436 on the player and on the server. I use 451 on my servers and 436 on my player install. I think that is what I do anyway. I haven't played in a long time.
