Solved Right, first of i use a mifi unit (non cabled). It works like a mobile phone (cell). Benefits in that there is no miles of cable to transmitter. When it works as it supposed to then generally its a few points lower ping.... I moved the unit hanging out the window on the other side of the house along with power supply. It seemed to have made some difference. When the network is finally upgraded and hoping for better ping still. I dont think it will ever get to the stage of being competitive enough for close to the server pings but enough to give the Europeans a hard time     

I just tied a bag round it case it rains! Have not tried it on openDNS yet but i hear good things about it. I turned off non essential protocols as well and ms updates. Gonna give it blast now.
