I suspect your computer acquired a virus from another website.  You might want to try running a security program and see if that identifies it.  It seems your PC has had a problem with Viruses lately I would highly watch what you do and download Microsoft security essentials from the microsoft website, it is free virus software, runs great.

Also BEFORE DOWNLOADING anything from the web, find its location (before opening it) right click the file/folder and scan with your antivirus, you should see an option after right clicking.

Hermskii gave me 2 really good anti-virus programs and I've been running them a lot. While he initially set them up to do a full computer scan a couple days a week, I reset them to update & do whole computer scans every single day.

Problem isn't repeating so I'm hoping that got nixed.

I did a bit of googling on it. It can happen various ways apparently. Say if you are logged in and change your password and navigate around, or were logged in already and relogged in, stuff like that. It is just the board trying to protect you.
