Yes I am aware the redirect is not working. I have a support ticket with my host, but they haven't responded for 3.5 days now. Not good.

Interesting. My webhost seemed to take a dive today too. At least your forum is up. I can't hit my web page or any links to anything like my forum from it. I'm totally dead in the water right now. I'm sure my redirects are broken right now too.

Thanks. Yes, it came back up last night. I just tried to connect and the first time it gave me a internal server error. I tried again and got in just fine.

5 days now since the last response from gameservers. I have made 3 in the interim to them. This hasn't happened before.

Coincidentally, I am due up for renewal. I have 3 days left before I have to pay to renew my subscription. I'm wondering if I should renew. I really like their management interface, and it sure would be a hassle to have to start somewhere else but, come on! Five days no response? What is going on?

Well, well, sorry folks, I think it was actually just me. Hermskii and company were playing and telling me their downloads were good, but for me they were bad. If I went to another site, they were good. Arg!  Smiley

I pulled out my laptop and on there it was quick.

So I did the good old reinstall, and it is fixed. Strangeness. Anyways I am just happy it is better.   Smiley

That is very odd indeed. I don't hink I have ever heard of that before but it is all in the past now. I did notice a pause between each file that seemed too long but yeah, other than that, once they actually started to download, they went fast!

Great games last night. I maye have laughed more last night than in the last few years playing UT. Thank you! And thank you more for not Shock-Comboing me all freaking night long like usual! LOL. Later!

Though the download of a redirected file itself has been speedy, there was a lot of "inbetween" time where there was a delay waiting to connect and start the download. I opened a support ticket yesterday about this, and now the downloads are nice and super zippy again. So this is just an FYI that it didn't magically clear itself up, I had to contact my host, and they said they "reinstalled the redirect", which worked.

Did they answer back this time within 5 days? Do you get charged extra for super snappy within 3 day replies from them. LOL.

LOL. Fixed in half a day this time. I sure hope that other time was an anomaly.
