Ok Helen, since you have been having some lag issues, I want to see how helpful some of us can be. Some questions from the top of my head:
-i think you said you have a new laptop? Did the issue start with it? What is the model? Or what graphics card?
-Did you say you had the issue before any 469 patch?
-I think you said you are using OpenGL right? Maybe compare two installations of UT, one with 436 and another with 469, just to make sure it is the same lag?
-Do the other renderers have the same issue? D3D9 for example?
-Does it happen offline also?
-How many frames per second are you getting?
-What is the refresh rate of the monitor?
