Chicago. I was playing on Hook's server and my ping was great, a little under 70, so I'm hoping the clog I was experiencing with Chicago has gone away.

Old IP still accessible for a couple days, it just has a map that tells you the new IP lol.

My ping increased by about 8. also pretty stable @ 103 on wifi. How's your ping Helen? On average mine is 32 to 35 vs 24 previously.

My ping is still 80, not sure if there is lag yet for me, I haven't played "hard" yet, maybe I'll get some games in tonight.

How did u get that screenshot of yourself? Two machines?

My connection to new server, despite ping being the same, is laggier. I'm switching it back to prior IP later tonite. First I want to fix that "ServerHasMoved" map, I wanted that IP to be a scrolling tex, but it didn't work online.

Only scrolls when I'm not looking at it. DM-Coke is the same way iirc.

Turns out netspeed is the culprit. Newnet had set my netspeed to 12000. Scrolling worked at 6000 but not 6500, i usually keep it at 8800.

I decreased the minimum netspeed on my server to 6500...from 12000.  Should be okay for most players now.
