Did you ever adjust your Tick Rate?
That can screw up weapon response big time in some cases.
I think the rate of 20 is standard or stock out of the box.
NetServerMaxTickRate=20

No never touched that. Doesn't the server determine tickrate ?

What did you set your Minimum Frame Rate at?
Min. FPS?
UT will cut out graphics if this is set higher - if it needs to, to keep you at that frame rate or above. - Just a thought.

28 pretty low, I think there's a maxim out there to set it to your monitor refresh rate, so 60 or 75 kind of thing.

You should read my manual at www.hermskii.com . It will help you tweak your install and especially your video. Search for vsysnc and follow those directions. Actually. Don't just leave everything as is.

I don't get why you can't see that button. Maybe it's your cookies or something. Another task to wait for the weekend for me.
