Auto-Translator Mutator?

I've noticed alot more players on both the Mountain & the Isle are spanish speaking and dont really understand english well, is it possible to have some sort of auto-translate mutator? Does one already exist? These guys talk up a storm and ask questions and seem pretty dedicated to UT.  :-?

I don't know that one exists, that would be pretty amazing. Yeah it would be nice to know what all the chat is
