If in the game someone says what their temperature is in one scale (celsius or fahrenheit) and you want to know what it is in the other scale (celsius or fahrenheit), this is how!

You start typing as normal, and you would type something like this for example:
mutate convert 23C

You would then get the message
23C = 73F

If you want everyone to see the result, you add a space and the letter "b" at the end, example:
mutate convert 86F B

Using either upper or lower case works.
