Added a grid to show Type Kills lol.

 

Also fixed a bug I introduced on Nov 6th where sometimes the overall ranking order was not correct.

Sorry for late response but I wanted to do an update, which I just got done.

Yep Smiley
Kills means you killed another player while the other player was typing.
Killed means you were killed while typing.

This is not a list you want to be ranked #1 at Smiley

Update is, I only show the grid if there were any type kills for the game, and only those players with values will be shown in the grid. It was taking up too much space for a grid that on average was mostly empty.
