Or in MapVoteLA13 for mutators use same as above or:

medWeaponAmplifier110.medWeaponAmplifier

Now, I gotta try this one out!

New version, this just fixes one bug.

The bug was that the messages in the top left would become translucent.

For this release I have also included the source code in the package.
