This post is meant for Death_Warlord....who evidently downloaded and installed my skin....but I dont think it's working properly. go to http://birdieman.com/downloads and download this

once you extract it put the .utx file in UnrealTournament\Textures\
put the .int file into UnrealTournament\System\
make sure you select the skin itself under Soldier Skins, you should see RiTALiN
