Hey got LogoSplashV3 working on my server, if you want to check it out go to 185.122.59.73:6666 and open mapvote. If you ever need this again, send me your image and i'll make sure it registers for you.

Did a screencap of my Import with a photo viewer comparison to show quality drop but tested it all & works fine. I did notice a problem though and a post from ut99.org actually helped me get it working. My problem seemed to be related to importing a file with the .PCX extension. Exporting the file from photoshop worked when I exported it as a bitmap (.bmp) The post had mentioned similar regarding problems importing .PCX However even regarding the flags like Medor just posted, never had a problem importing textures via PCX with Helen's medFlag or similar mutators. Just LogoSplash.... But 24bit color BMP worked nicely and quality didn't degrade too much. Next time i'll do the reduction myself first vs letting the editor/engine do it. So that may have been part of your original issue @ 21.

The image in photoviewer on the left is the base texture I used (Thx Syl!) The one on the far right is the bitmap direct from photoshop and the middle is the texture seen in MapVote.
