How do I edit a player model?

I thought I would start here. Does anyone know how to make/edit a player model for UT 99?

I want to take an existing model, TFemale2, and edit it. I think the files it uses are supposed to be:
tfemale2_a.3D
tfemale2_d.3D

but I can't see those in my Botpack/Models folder. Maybe these?
femalearmm_a.3d
femalearmm_d.3d
femalefootm_a.3d
femalefootm_d.3d
femaletorsom_a.3d
femaletorsom_d.3d

Once I figure out the files, then I need a program that would be able to load these .3d files? If I knew the program, I could start to learn it. After done I would need to export the result back to newly named files, and make a new .uc class for it.

Any leads?

Helen, I have absolutely no idea about this, but I think you would have more success asking this on places like ut99.org. I have found a few of your posts there, mainly about the Iceotoxin/Real World Gone Bad map. Or even Discord. Yes, I understand what you said about your privacy, but there are channels there devoted to these issues.
