A lot of work, but it appears I am successfully on the other side of changing my web host. I think I will switch my domain registration too, but that can wait, I need a break from that stuff for a week.

In this forum I had to restore a couple of posts that didn't make it into my backup before I switched, sorry if I missed any.

If you notice anything broken, just let me know.
