Hi,
This is a demorec of the weird lag I've been getting on both of Helen's servers. Just unzip the file and save it in your system folder.  Then turn on UT and type    demoplay 1     in the console. Any ideas?

I had that happen with a custom map on my server in the past where everything seemed to switch to old original Unreal packages, the HUD, the messages, the taunts, all of it, ended up scrapping the map because it caused so many issues. But the fact that it's happening on other server's leads me to believe something you were testing is rearing it's ugly head and bleeding through into your online play. I'd check your user.ini file too. Were you testing anything containing original Unreal packages?

21 can you test with a basic install of UT, yeah I'm wondering if you have anything custom that is messing you up, especially textures.

Yes I will try a fresh copy of UT.  Started right away on Euro server.  Started a few games in on Chicago server. Looks like table hockey players....lol

Looks a lot like the old S3 texture issue. To confirm or rule that out, you could try a clean UT install making sure you don't select them in the installer.

Remember to not use s3tc from the second CD.There is bugs.

UTRP.Extreme.End is fine.
Here you can found my UT ready for s3tc or see one setting render for that.
