Thanks for the help guys.  Ritalin I use PIA vpn and I tried using it from different locations in the States. No luck.  No worries, probably just my ISP or their modem.

Helen, my batch file can't find that heading.  I removed the mutator and the location of ut.exe is correct.  When the batch file opens up it shows C:\Users\Family\Desktop in front of your code.  I didn't add it. It just does it. Is this okay?

So I made this a text document and save as Start Server.bat

Then it adds the C:\Users\Family\Desktop in front of it!

START c:\UnrealTournament\system\UnrealTournament.exe DM-Liandri?game=Botpack.DeathMatchPlus?MaxPlayers=10 log=xxx.log -server

Sweet. Maybe router had to refresh or something. Here is the bat file.

On a side note, if my quad core i5 pc runs 24/7, is that serious hydro charges?  I know, noob server owner..lol.  Also, all my maps aren't loaded yet, so just the basic ones for now.

Lol, same thing happened to me too, information & practice are good tho, honestly sometimes the best way to learn is to break something and then have to get it working again. But I saw your servers last night with no problem, however upon trying to connect I got a DE Package mismatch, did you remove "ServerPackages=De" from your UnrealTournament.ini ? 

No im not saying you did it on purpose but I believe your "supposed to". Try commenting out that line with the # at the beginning and restarting the server.

Also LOL our pings are the exact same, im reading 47 for both pretty steady.

Ok well after i deleted my copy of de.int & de.u your server allowed me to connect (ServerPackages=de should still be removed on your end tho if you haven't already but)
Within 5 seconds of being on the server it kicks me saying connection failed with no other error.
I tried switching renderer's from D3D10.dll to basic D3D & OpenGL to XOpenGL no change.
Not sure why it's kicking me because I dont have anything that could be triggering Anti-Cheat except for possibly that D3D10 renderer but OpenGL didnt stop my disconnects either so, is there any info listed in your server's logs?

LOL. Well i'm not familiar with most of the anticheat packages available, i'm currently running an older version of UTPure, I have to update it on mine, but in regards to your server, I will install another copy of UT (Fresh Install) and try connecting with a known good working copy. I saw a guy BUSTER who hit up your server yesterday when i was trying to connect. So people are using it which is great!
